Wait till later in the later in the morning, like after 8am ET, before you try again
if issue persists, get a voucher and have the plan renewed first. Get it from SDM/Rexall/Loblaws/CanTire and load the voucher by calling *611 on your phone or call 1.855.4PUBLIC from another phone, or via My Account/PM app if you can login the account
