Hi, 2weeks passed but my problem still persist. please resolve my subscription issue I have done payment successfully.

@Behnam112 - Does your account say "Not Subscribed"?
Turn the subscribed switch on in
1. Go to My Account or the App
2. Click on "Payments" on the Website or "Manage Subscription" on the app.
3. Click on "Manage Subscription" on the Website or press on "Subscription Renewal" on the app.
4. Turn on the switch to "Subscribed" on the Website or press on "Subscribe" on the app.
It should work, if it still doesn't work, contact CS_Agent:

this is the first post you made and we don't have any idea what the issue about. But we are just customers
and did you submit any ticket with PM agent? if not, please do so. If you already did, I think you should submit a new one anyway
maybe just browser cache, please use Incognito/private/secret mode on your browser to login My Account to confirm again
If same, please submit a ticket with CS Agent using this Chatbot link: https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" , "Other", "Log In".
