I received a text offering me 20g for 35 which I accepted a few days ago. My sub was renewed today and I still have my old plan. How long does it take to start this new plan?

Did you pay your old amount?
That offer didn't seem to be executed properly. Quelle surprise.
Take a screenshot of the text conversation with the offer, your reply, and the reply back confirming receipt of the your reply. Then contact support to make it happen.

@debs1952  If today is you renewal it may have not fully updated yet but you can also check like this and had the right amount been charged to your credit card ?

simply try refreshing the page to check data plan / mins / add ons
