Hi , I want to change my subscription to 6GB, $23.

It is not offered to switch it from my current one

We are all members like you and there are no PM staff on this Community so it is up to you if you want to switch to another carrier. Remember they might charge you activation fee and SIM card.

You have 3 choice to get that plan.

1 cancel your plan and account and open a new one with a new email and number. 

2 port your number to another provider then Port it back to get the plan you want. Pain in the a__ if you ask me.

3 port your number to another provider and stay there. 

No frills moble. $24 5 gig telus network 

Pc moble 24 4gig (has a call center if help is needed) telus network 

Fizz mobile 6gig 23$ or $20 if you only want to call within your province. Has roll over data Not available everywhere and prices very from province to province.

That's how Public Mobile operates now. There are other options for plans if they suit you but if your set on the $23/6 GB plan then you're out of luck. If you'd like to switch you can port out to a different service provider.

we used to be able to change to whichever plans we want...both upgrade or downgrade...but now Public Mobile just won't allow us to downgrade substantially from our current plan. We can upgrade whenever we want though ...just can't downgrade.

So basically you invite me to switch to another provider, because this will happen if you don't allow me to downgrade

@Anca  Sorry if you don’t see it in your account to change to you can get it , plans are targeted and not many options to downgrade plan price just upgrade plan price . So I’m guessing you already lay more then $23 now and that’s why you don’t see the $23 plan available to you

Public Mobile moderates what plans customers can change to. If you do not see it in your account when you sign in you will not be able to have that plan.
