theyve charged my credit card.
but esim isn't activating. it wont let me cancel my subscription. but my phone isn't working... it just keeps bringing me back to a "lets activate your subscription" page.
what do i do?

There is no SIM cards installed on my phone currently

can you check if PM esim already installed on your phone? check Sim Manager or Settings-> Cellular screen, if it is there, make isure it is enabled and set as Primary (also disable other sim or esim)
