Online application made but e-sim connection never accomplished. First monthly payment for service not received has been applied to credit card. I want all personal info given to Public Mobil on their online form destroyed and I would like my payment returned since I have never been a customer. I have been trying since day one to contact an agent to no avail. Please respond now. tdorienne@gmail.com

I am once again at your suggested Chatbox link. The "widget" address is at the top of the page & the page is blank, as it is whenever I have gone to this link. There is no way to ask questions & no directions for me to follow. I will try your direct message address now. And yes, I have checked, many times, if my esim is installed.

yes, try to work with support agent, they might be able to help to cancel the account, or maybe help to fix the problem

But did you check if PM esim already installed? you tried Reset All Neworks?
