someones payment of 28.25 came out of my account as I dont have auto pay as I go month to month for my daughter and I already accidantial paid for two months last month

I have as the second payment was already as available funds they would not need to take any money out of any account never had a problem before

@elisabeth, if you put in two months of funds into your account last month, then the excess funds would have been automatically applied to renewing this month. As suggested, check the payment history in the account. It should explain everything. With each account having only one line, there is no way that payments can be mixed up with another line.

That is unusual. Did you check your payment section? When is your payment date? Did you change plans? Possible computer glitch....
