Are they going to be added? Anyone know of a time frame on when this will be added to the service?

@PalMalX

PM does not currently support Apple Watch and  likely won't support eSIM on Watch any time soon

Although PM has eSIM support, but it's eSIM won't work on Apple Watch.,  Pixel Watch or Galaxy watch.  It is not a matter of withholding, but just the current setup does not have this capability.   To support  smart watch, other than eSIM,  the carrier has to invest more into the infrastructure (servers and software) which PM does not have.

Sorry, to have a plan setup with your Apple Watch you have to activate with Telus or other Tier 1 providers (Bell, Virgin Mobile, Rogers)

** Or Virgin and Freedom are the only non Tier 1 providers with watch support
