I bought a sims card last week for my phone from Public Mobile and i havent got it delivered yet

the reason there is no tracking is because PM uses Canada Post regular mail to ship out sim cards

Sim card takes up to 10 business days to arrive. Usually via Canada post.  No tracking information available. 

If more than 10 business days, then contact customer service agent. 

If you need SIM card right away, you could purchase one from corporate Telus or Koodo store or Mobile Klinik.  Keep the receipt and send to CSA for credit to your account.  Amazon also sells with prime shipping.

There is no tracking information for SIM card shipping from PM website.

there should be a tracking number for the card. get the number and contact shipper(fedex, purilator...)
