did not arrive my sim card after processed all the payment to fullfil the cost of sim and subscription

If it has been more than 10 business days from your order, then contact customer service agent. Otherwise, you will need to wait. Sim shipping is via Canada post with no tracking.

If you chose a plan and picked the free SIM.
The SIM card will arrive 10 working days but may take up to 3 weeks to arrive.
You will be charged once you activate the SIM.

@Penky - How long ago did you activate & buy SIM card?
You could also buy a SIM card from TELUS corporate / Koodo corporate / Mobile Klinik stores and ask CS_Agent to refund it.
