I got a sim card did the e-sim swap from public esim to a public sim card.
It's been 4 hours and the card is still not active so i have no service. Tried the restart several times and still nothing? How long should this take?

you were able to login My Account or app to update the sim card number? If you did, first, disable the eSIM on your phone. Confirm if the Public Mobile sim card is showing in the Sim Manager screen (since you had an esim already, make sure you found the correct one for the physical sim), then Reboot phone and click Reset network settings and try
if same, then submit a ticket with CS Agent using Chatbot here:

Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" , "Other", "Log In".
(If unable to receive 2FA SMS, click "Didn't Receive Code" or "Resend Code" and Select "Send Email")
