@MASUDUL-ISLAM when did you order your sim card?
you didn't mentioned in your original post. Again, it could be 5 days to 3 weeks and it was shipped via Canada Post
Did you open ticket with PM Support? what did they say?

FYI @MASUDUL-ISLAM , we're other customers like you, we have no idea how long it took Public Mobile to fulfil the order or how long it'll take Canada Post to deliver.
If you need one quick, try a TELUS, Koodo, or Mobile Klinik location. Call ahead to see if they have in stock.
There's also canadiancellsupplies location in Greater Toronto Area if you're in the area.

@MASUDUL-ISLAM when did you order it? sim card order can be as many as 3 weeks for them to deliver
if over 10 days, open ticket with PM for status update
1. Please open ticket via Chatbot (need access to My Account): At https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.
Start by typing "Sim card order", then click "Contact Us", then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗"
2. If you have trouble with Chatbot or you don't have access to My Account: Private message CS Agent at:
https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437
**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened. CS Agent will reply to you there

It is stated it should take 7-10 working days. If it goes beyond another week, you can submit a ticket with CSA to let them know you did not receive it yet. NOTE, it normally comes regular Canada Post letter mail.
Public Mobile Representatives customer support agents (CSA) can be contacted by either two methods, found here:
https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on/get-help/articles/contact-an-agent
If you are in a rush, see if there are local stores near you to pick one up (call first for availability) , and keep the ones coming in the mail for extras or referrals.
