@mart_56, if you ordered from Public Mobile, at least there is a transaction report stating this.
If you bought this from a third party website, that someone suggested a few weeks ago ( @fdrcamb519 ) from Canadian something (in the Lounge discussion, I believe) then, you need to go back to that vendor.
With Public Mobile, they do use Canada Post, Express Post which means 3-7 days. Now stating that they are swamped with Christmas like deliveries!
When you say a few weeks ago, do you truly mean 3 weeks ago, or one week, or a couple of days ago?

If you ordered from Amazon, PM stated in late March:
"Please note that Amazon deliveries may be significantly delayed due to COVID-19. Make sure to check your estimated delivery date before ordering through Amazon."

Due to the pandemic, more workers are off on leave and delivery schedules are off track.

I'd say that if it takes a couple of weeks to recieve any piece of mail or package by Canada Post, consider yourself lucky. I send an receive stuff every once in a while, and I'll say that stuff that is supposed to be delivered next day is taking a week and I even had one package that was supposed to take 2 days take 17 days (this was something that I sent, so i know that it was a Canada Post issue). Shipments can still be delivered more quickly than that, but expect long delays and you won't be disappointed.

@mart_56 your PM shipping order number is your Canda post tracking number. Try tracking it . If it isn't there then contact the moderators and ask them for a replacement SIM card. Use this private message link to contact the modertors directly
https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437
Check your private message sent box (click on the envelope top right of your screen) to make sure the message was sent. Also keep an eye on the envelope, the mods answer will show up there. Once it does, you will be asked to verify your self service account, with your password and login. Doing so allows the process to continue.
If you need to, you can also enable email notification to receive a private message notification sent to your email. Go to your community account > my settings > PREFERENCES > Private Messenger > enable "Receive email notifications for new private messages" > Save
Stay safe.

Sim card should have arrived by now. Did you order from Public mobile?
You could track via Canada post.

Where did you buy it? Here or on Amazon?
Do you have a tracking number for it? Also Canada post is behind on deliveries because of Covid-19 which could be at least partially part of the problem
