tried multiple times to order a sim card and app said everytime that there was a problem and that I should try again later. Now it seems that I have 6 sims on order. Anyone know how I inform someone to have them stopped.

Already been two weeks, seems to me to be a long time.

hi @TomPearson
we don't know as we are only customers. But it is not unusual that it takes 1 to 3 weeks for sim card delivery
did you ask PM support? if you did, reply the message and ask
maybe ask them to let you buy locally or via Amazon and ask them to reimburse you

Still haven't received my SIM card. Wonder if they cancelled all 6 instead of 5/

Got in contact with the CS Agent and all is resolved. Have been credited for 5 of the SIM cards.

Oh I understand you. The first poster gave you a direct link to a CS Agent and the mailbox where they will reply to. Get a hold of them and get them cancelled.

Just know it's going to take up to 3 weeks to get in the mail. Here are some faster ways to get a SIM card.
To get a new SIM card the fastest routes are these.
https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/bc/pick-up-SIM - Find a local store in your area.
Amazon - Here you can get it cheaper and maybe a few days wait $4.99
Or find a Mobile Klinik near you. https://mobileklinik.ca/stores/

hi @TomPearson
ask PM support agent to check and help to cancel them.
you can submit ticket by direct message:
https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437
Remember CS_agent will reply to your Community inbox within 2 to 4 hours, please check your inbox here:
https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/privatenotespage
And honest, if you can cancel them all, it is quicker to buy a PM sim card from Telus or Koodo or Mobile Klink store, or cheaper ($5) to buy from Amazon
