bought on August 21 2025. it's near the end of October and still not delivered. not happy

You will need to contact customer service agent if you didn't receive the SIM card within 10 business days.

If you need SIM card right away, you can purchase in store at corporate Telus or Koodo stores. Also. Mobile Klinik stores. Keep the receipt and submit to CSA for credit. Amazon also sells PM SIM card with prime shipping.

Ask if you can pickup another one from a nearby Telus or Koodo store instead of wait longer to have them resend a new one
