Hi,
I wanted to check if the Sim is activated from my cell phone.on the phone it does not show the service activated.
please advise.

did you complete the activation process and made the payment? if you did, you should receive the msg from public mobile.

@itnetworkj Did you set it up under "My Account"? If yes, you should be able to see if your account is being activated. You have to select a plan in order to make the phone works.

I assume that you completed the online activation process and received the welecome e-mail. What phone model do you have?
