My account is suspended and I bought 2 payment vouchers today to add to top up my balance but I keep trying to and it wont let me saying the voucher number is not valid. Please help

If you've been trying in the self-serve then try with the 611 service.

Sometimes, there is a delay from the time that the vocuhers are sold before they become active in the system and become usable. I know that's not the answer you want to hear, and I'll agree that this shouldn't happen. If you try again later, it should work. You could try contacting the moderators to see if they could expedite the process, but it's possibel that the vouchers could start working before they get a chance to responsd to you.
