I forgot which email address I have used to open my account. Now I cannot have access to my account for making a payment to activate my sim

@Ansar - did you activate online or in-store? If in-store it is possible you have not registered for a My Account yet.
If the account is currently in suspended status you can also look into obtaining a voucher to make a payment through 611, see here: https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on/get-help/articles?q=vouchers

Too many failed attempts may temporarily lock your account access. Try waiting a few minutes between too many failed attempts.
If you know you have created a self serve account before, and you are having issues logging in, try clearing your browser's cache, or try a different browser or device. Opening a tab in incognito mode may help as well when you use the forgot your password link provided by @softech .

@Ansar You can try to use the Reset Password link there.

Start with trying all the email you might have used, see which one get you to Step 2 , that would be the email address you used
if you are unable to find out the email addressed used that way or unable to reset password yourself,
open ticket with Pm Support and let them help:

**Start with typing "Forgot Login Information", click "Contact Us", click "Click here to submit a ticket".
