@liuqiangcntj : I'd be curious to know what language you get calling 611. But to have the account set to all English you'll need to contact the CSA's.

@liuqiangcntj You can set the language preference to "English" by clicking on the FR" right beside "Get Help" on the main Public Mobile page. https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/Overview/ For the Community forum, you can click on the bubble marked "Francais" to change it to "English".

First of all, this community is comprised of other PM customers just like you. Secondly, I don't think there is one central language preference for each customer at PM.
What communication are you receiving in another language? Depending on what the specific issue is, we may be able to help you switch your language settings so that communication is only sent in English.

For your voicemail, did you accidently selected French as your language?
To change it back to English, call voicemail from either your phone or landline,
Then enter your passcode if you have it enabled,
then press 4 for Personal Options ,
then 4 for Person preferences ,
then 5 for Change Language,
then 1 for English,
and 1 to confirm
