self serve sign in

I get this error whenever I try signing in to my self serve account and the same message appears no matter what device I am using

Error code 20

The proxy failed to connect to the web server, due to TCP connection timeout.

Hang in there @win2018 ...it'll be back shortly. There can be glitches with Public Mobile from time to time...this is just one of those glitches.

Give it another try in an hour.

@ve7rhf  Yes there is an issue, its effecting everyone right now. Self serve randomly has various issues, be patient and it should be up soon.
