@3984 - if you cannot log into your account and/or reset your password, you need to ask Customer Support (CSA) for assistance.
Two ways to contact CSA:
1- Put in a ticket through SIMon Bot (usually faster method to get in contact with the Public Mobile Customer Support) by clicking on the bottom, right chat bubble.

if you can log in you can Change Security Question
get in touch with Customer Support Agent (publicmobile.ca)
them will Reset your security question
