sometimes it isn't set at registration to what you want but it's assigned randomly (for some reason)

that happened actually with one of people i refered and helped set up the account

after registering they received the pin that was not what they chose

i told them to keep that sms

can you locate that sms?if not you will have to contact moderators as the others have suggested. you can also ask them to change the pin so that you don't have to keep an sms

Answers are set by person who made account. You know answer but if it was set different, the real answer will be incorrect.  If you can't figure it out, you need Moderator_Team to reset password.

There is a chance that there was a typo during activation.

Send a private message to moderator to change it.

Moderator wait time is upto 2 - 3 days.
