when i try to log into my account it tells me that my email address is invalid. i want to change my plan but cant seem to log in

type "locked out of self serve"
(use the chat bubble options, then click "submit a ticket, click me" option)
make sure to check your inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically, for a response

Once in choose to change your plan at next renewal date. As changing immediately gets you charged the full cost of the new plan and loses you what you paid on the current one. Here's an article on switching plans https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on/get-help/articles/change-your-plan

@melissa2020 hi if your email or password reset won't work contact a moderator click on the ? Bottom right hand corner Ask Simon to speak to a human this will help create a ticket to speak to a moderator check the envelope top right corner for a reply response time is 2 to 48 hours
