rewards not showing in acount coming due

I have rewards in my account but they do not reflect in the renewal amount.  Why?

I believe too, all rewards are reflected on your billing cycle rather then monthly. For example, I earned $2 for participating in the forum, but my current monthly rate is still $38. The rewards will be applied two months later on my billing cycle date. (On a 90 day plan)

hi..

for as long as they show in you account don't worry, they will automatically be considered..

the system works this way: bill is due...system applies all rewards and referaals and then looks for balance payment in your accoutn..and then adds the missing funds from your card if you left one on file..
