I am a disabled veteran and unfortunately due to ongoing medical issues I lost my previous public mobile number. I wish to rejoin and I am hoping to resign up and obtain my previous number.
Please advise.
Thanks.

When there are several similar answers to the question, sometimes they're considered "redundant" and moved to an inaccessible file.
Have you got a reply back from Customer Support yet ? Watch the little envelop icon on top right side of the page will be highlighted when they respond to your questions.

My pleasure! I did launch the link. Now just waiting for a reply. My old number has no answer at all.

@KarlK First thing you should do is call your old number to see if it is in service. If it isn't AND it was a PM(Telus) number to begin with, you could make your case with customer service. No guarantees if they can do it though. Message them at the link below and outline what's up. They may advise to sign up first with another number or something else.

Check the envelope icon for their reply. Welcome back.

unlikely to get it back ..depending on how long ago your account was deactivated. You could try dialing it to see if it's been reassigned yet. Otherwise contact Customer Support using this link.
adding the link now..
