How do I contact a moderator to reset for me?

Pro tips for PM subscribers:
Moderator help wait time is up to 48 hours. To reduce down time, you should save your security question and PIN number some where that you can access quickly. If you have multiple PM accounts, you should save the email address used in each PM too. If you cannot access your self-serve account, nothing you can do but wait for moderator help.

I just tried the "Forgot your password" link on the login page. After supplying my email address and the answer of my security question, I received my reset password email in less than 1 minute to change my password.
Try it again unless you forgot the answer of your security question which you supplied during activation. Then, you need to send a private message to moderator for help.
