I really doubt you'll be granted any refund as Public Mobile is a prepaid service. Before you activated the account, you shoulda done some prior investigating. You can ask, but don't be disappointed if you don't get a favourable reply.

PM is a prepaid carrier and do not provide refund.  They will only do an exception if it was an issue with the activation.  If that is the case, please submit a ticket with CS Agent using Chatbot here:

             Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" ,  "Other",  "Log In".  
If any issue with ticket submission, you can submit  ticket by direct message:

But if that was not an activation issue and you just don't want to keep the service, please login My Account, go to Profile, Manage Subscription and turn off "Subscribed" to stop Autopay
