i have recharged my phone yesterday but now no minutes availablke and i have not called anyone. Why this is happening and there is no call center so that we can call and ask i am feeling cheated by the company .

I know this won't solve your issue, but it might get you through until you get up and running. There's an app called fongo. It gives you free calling while on wifi. You'll have a different number on that connection but it will allow you to call.
I have an account just in case. It may benefit you in the future, whereever you go especially if you have a limited minutes plan.
If you decide to stay, make sure you purchase the $5 for 500 minute add on. It's the best value on the public mobile site. Minutes only expire when you use all your plan minutes and then the 500.

i am not able to call from 15 and now its 24. i only know how i am managing

i have done that on 15 nov.
no ill not chnage now. ill chnage the company now . these guys doesnot have anything from where we can call and talk to them

no this is the first time . i changed my plan bt didnot made any calls so how can 100 minutes finished?

By the way, if you put $15 on your account and this is not your renewal date, it should still be there. You can use that money to purchase the $5 addon.
Buying an add on is a two step process. Add $$, then purchase add on

OK, but was yesterday your renewal day, OR had you run out of minutes so you added $15 to your account?
If this is the case, you cannot renew the same plan early. Another option would be to add $5 to your account and buy the $5 for 500 minute add on. This will get you through to your next renewal and the minutes never expire until you use them.
So, if this happens again, you'll be protected then too.

The plan is of $15 and with tax its $17 and yesterday only i have recharged it. Now i am going to change my company

The quick fix, is to send a ticket to @CS_Agent.
