all my calls are going directly to voicemail ,can not hear incoming ring tone,airplane mode is ok,do not disturb off

Try the 3G trick first. Many people have been having similar issues.
Have you recently activated or ported/transferred a new phone number? If you just activated and it's still having problems, then you may need to have your account "reprovisioned" in case it glitched during setup. If so, you'll need to contact a CS Agent (staff) to look into this.
If you just attempted to transfer/port another telephone number, then the process may not be complete. Did you respond to approve the number transfer on the old SIM card?

@marek11 Are you in the London , Ontario area? This has been a common issue
Also, it is possible a equipment upgrade in your area and would last for another couple days
Try changing to 3G only as advised above. If it works, leave it like that for couple days

There has been an ongoing issue. Try changing your network to 3G.

@marek11 Try putting your phone on 3G network* instead of Auto.
The issue could be linked to some upgrade work on the networks.
*Note: If you have an android (not samsung), you could try this way:
dial *#*#4636#*#* on your phone
select Phone Information then Set preferred network type to WCDMA.
