hello I had an account a month ago with public mobile but when I try to use my old sim it says this sim is in use and then when I tried to select an e sim it says my phone is not e sim compatible, how can i g9 about using my previous public sim care and keep my public mobile number

@Spltshft87 - you had an account a month ago..so did you ever port the phone number out to another provider? If not, that this public mobile account should still be available with that same number. Being in nonpay status for over 90 days also closes your account permanently and you lose your number...but this doesn't sound like your case.
If this is just a matter of switching phones and you activated with an eSIM and now have a physical sim card, log into My Account to swap the sim card number. The sim card needs to be an unused SIM card though. It cannot be one that was attached to a different account/phone number.

Just remove the sim from the old phone and insert it into the new one. Don't try to re-sign-up. To do any account functions you'll need to get set up in the new eversafe system.
