Hello,
I got a new card and I tried to change my card and it just gives me this notification "notAbleToProcessRequest". I tried different devices, different browsers, and clearing cache (The credit card numbers are correct and the card is activated). How do I resolve this? Also I have looked around other threads and has anyone had luck fixing this or do you just have to go back to the big providers?

I’ve been trying to contact support for almost two months now to no avail. I don’t have access to a different card, and I’ve tried the app, different browsers, and incognito mode. I still have not heard back from the last time they told me they were going to reach out.

Tried with logoff/login. same problem.
I tried with different credit cards with no success.

Unfortunately, a few customers are still having issues with updating credit card information.
You can also try with PM app (with locator on). Or try a different credit card (if available).

updating our payment card can occasionally, give us heartburn alright. Good news is they can fix it for us. Click the orange bubble, bottom right side of page to start process of Customer Support.
