Cannot complete activation, "invalid sim".

Used that Sim card in same phone for months until website change. Couldn't pay after that! Never could get new site to work for me.

Logout Self-Serve. Clear browser cache and cookies. Close browser. Restart. Try again.

I don't know if I 'm in an old or new account but I am using the same email as I did with the old website, and I'd like to resume service with the same sim card.

@Notverysatisfie you are reusing the same sim card?? why you need to activate a new account with the old sim card?  are you just trying to resume service with your existing account??

if you are really activating new account, you need a new sim card, get one from:

@Notverysatisfie  So your existing customer .? You can only activate a sim once then need a new one or are you having trouble logging in since new ever safe ID that came out this year .? Here’s link for support to get things straightened out
