"Unable to Process Transaction" message when trying to pay bill - phone now disconnected

I've done all the things suggested in all the forums and no dice. I need my phone for work. This seems really bonkers. How do I solve this issue?

I have, but with my phone cut off, it affects my work. It's imparitive I get this fixed ASAP not in 2 days.

No problems with my card. I can only check online because PM cut my phone service due to this issue. However, my card is working fine for everything else and it has plenty of credit on it.

@rgruihn Have you check with your credit card company to make sure there are no problems with your card?
