Why is it that public mobile makes it so hard for their customers. It is not hard to figure out, a kindergarten could do a better job. I try and punch in my VOUCHER # where it asks for my VOUCHER # and it will not accept, WHY, because where it says VOUCHER # you have to punch in PIN #, come on public mobile get your act together !

@timpodwinski next time just buy an instant top up. vouchers aren't always activated right away... it might take upto 24hrs

on the voucher, there are several numbers make sure you are putting in the pin number it should be the numbers at the top of your receipt, ignore the numbers on the bottom. I am really sorry to hear that this is becoming difficult for you, another option is to use chrome or firefox or clear your browsing history in order to have it go through. That or you are using a voucher that has already been used? Where did you purchase the voucher?

I'm not sure Public Mobile controls the output of voucher sales.
A fellow customer started a compendium of vouchers. There do seem to be some differences amongst resellers.
You could also use the 611 service.

@timpodwinski you can also use the one time payment option via your self service account to enter at least 3 voucher pin numbers at the same time. Welcome to the community. Stay safe.
