trying to resolve my account issue with changing my plan and topping up

Yes at the time i tried everything even my tablet, a friend's computer with a different network

I have noticed some forum board system restrict sending multiple messages within a certain period of time. They consider it as spamming!

i have tried the following:

restarting my computer 

cleared cookies

used a different browser 

installed a brand new isntall of a completely different web browser 

tried logging in and out

nothing helped

If you get that error message when sending a private message if you just wait a few seconds it will send.  That has been my experience.  A pain and no reason for the error but that is what I have found to work

What do mean? Isn't PM cute and quirky? 

Seriously though, try logging out of the forum then log back in. Usually works for me. Sometimes I even discover it in the Sent folder after getting that message, before I send it again!
