im trying to make a payment with a voucher through *611 and nothing works. What can i do to pay with a voucher seeing i dont have a credit card ?

@stanley4 - if still issues adding through 611, also try to enter the voucher through your My Account here: https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/en/account/payment/funds

What do you mean 'nothing works'? Voucher does not get accepted or 611 does not work?
Some voucher require 24h to become active.
Did you try using computer to log in and use voucher?
