Need assistance from PM to manually port out my telephone number to another carrier. I have no text messaging capability

Not sure if you tried this and it did not work, but even if you do not have a texting plan sometimes you will get a call text, where a robot reads the text to you and you can then reply. We used to get text to our land line all the time this way.

As from the previously provided instructions, tickets need to be opened using the chatbot or the app (not by private messaging).

@CharlieXR , you can use the chat symbol on the lower right corner of this web page to initiate a support ticket.
