If you haven't received your port-out authorization text from Public Mobile, it is usually because the request didn't trigger correctly or your current SIM isn't active in a phone to receive it. You have a strictly 90-minute window to reply "Yes" once the text arrives, or the request is automatically cancelled. You may wish to contact the other provider to trigger it again.
