In addition to Hollister...support is to be provided by the new provider. All this end needs is to be active and the sim in a phone to confirm the text.

@Ballie , if you are porting out or in, you get approve the number port via SMS.

Put your PM sim in your phone and wait for the confirmation text from PM to allow your number to be ported out.
