porting issue

i switched my service to pm and transferred my number. I waited two hours before i switched my sim cards. with my pm sim i can call people but i don’t receive any calls or texts. my other sim from old provider if i try it, it still works. i started the process of transferring around 5 pm yesterday and its 8 am today and it is still not working. how do i contact PM about this and contact the porting department?

yes i did. It said reply yes to continue and no to stop and i replied yes back to it

Did you get the message from your previous service provider asking you to confirm that you accept the transfer?
