yes, i got text from virign and replied yes but after that did not receive a single text

hi @dm352818 not esim problem but porting was not done
did you got a text from Virgin asking you to approve the porting? you replied YES?
there is a team to call porting support to sort it out. will message you number to your Community Inbox
