If you can login to your account and you have a $10 plan, click the reactivate current plan to get your phone working.
If you can login to your account and your current plan is over $15, add another $5 to your account and change your plan to the cheapest plan $15 and reactivate your account after plan change.
After you have a working phone, ask Freedom to port your PM phone number again.

@MohammedMurad , when you refer to community support is it the moderator team. The public portion of the community is frequented by customers at large helping each other. If you want to get in touch with the moderator team, you need to click on the chat symbol on the lower right corner of the webpage an initiate a support ticket.

Sorry, we are customers just like yourself. We have no control over account issues. Only moderators can help with that.
Don't understand your situation exactly. Can you describe your situation in more detail?

If you don't approve the text for the port out, Public Mobile should not allow the port.
Therefore, your Public Mobile account should remain active and you should be able to continue service as desired.
EDIT: I should add, that if the port already occurred, then yes, your Public Mobile account would have deactivated. In which case, you have forfeited any remaining account credit which might have once existed. Sorry.
