I have actived the public moblie and now would like to port my number from fizz to public mobile. Tried to do it online but failed. Does anyone know how to do it?

Since self-serve is not allowing you to do this yourself, you will need to ask the moderators for help. Be sure to include your Fizz phone number, account number, and the person's name who the account belongs to. You'll need your Fizz accout number. Other than that, you should be able to do this in your self-serve account. Are you recieving an errror message?
