Looks like your "IT" ?!! Autopay fails occasionally.....any chance your card expired? Change to a higher plan? Stormy night? Other bill payments last night? Address change? Or no reason at all. Login using secret/ incognito mode and make a payment. Download your receipt/invoice it's the only opportunity you get to do so.

Hi @patclemens yes, Pre-authorized payment likely failed. It should work find most the time but once in awhile, it screws up. LoL
Please login to My Account and make a manual payment. Click Really my plan and then make payment with Amount Due

If you try to use the service, has it stopped working? If the service has stopped working, you will need to pay manually to get it working again. Public Mobile's pre-authorized payment systems sometimes fail.
