I've merged duplicate messages threads relating to the same question.

The plan that you are asking about is available to existing customers.

It's important to note that the plan that you are asking about is not a a modification or addition of features to the $25 plan that you already have.  It's is a different plan altogether.  Your account being switched to it is not automatic.

Hi ,

I did that . What do you mean I will lose for the reminder of my paln ?

If you choose to switch to another prepaid plan right away, then your previous plan will be cancelled out in favour of the new plan, and any money that you paid for it will be forfeit. There are no reimbursements for any leftover time on your previous plan if you make the change before your next renewal date.

Any addons that you have in your account however, will still be there after you switch.

If you decide to change now your plan you will loose what is left of your old plan..no prorata...and the rewards will not be applied for this change. And your renewal date will be today.

Since it's pre-paid (monthly), let's say your due date for your next payment is June 20th (just an example) and you decide to change plans today, the new one starts now. Your next payment would be July 6th... for example. You can't change it today, and have to new plan take effect on your renewal date.

You can go in to your self serve and change the plan at anytime. It's pay as you go...

Just bear in mind that if you will lose the remainder of your current plan and switch to the new one.

You can also select the option to change your plan on your renewal date to the new $25 plan if you want, so you won't lose out on the money you've already prepaid for your current plan.

Yes, I agree with @TheOldVR . You could log into your self-serve account to see what plan you have. It should show you details of your available minutes/data if applicable too. When you log into your account, right on the first page there's details about your plan with a link to your plan details that will tell you exactly what comes with it.

Otherwise, if you have just signed up for the plan, then you can also check your email. When I first joined, they sent me an email which had a section that said "Plan & Addon Summary" which listed the cost of my plan. If you can find this email and look at the cost, then you can compare it to the plans listed on the main site.

You should have both... login to self-serve and make sure you are on the right plan.

Just a note... you may want to wait for your plan renewal date if you want to change plans.

@pesche in your My account, click on the Plan detail under the My Plan section, this should tell you exactly what you have.  At a time, there was a plan with only province wide calling and no data.  The 25 plan with data and national wide is actually a different plan.  If you have the 25 plan with no data and national calling, you can switch plan at your next billing cycle.

@pesche  When you login into your selfserve account does it show the correct plan? Does it show you data usage on the first page?
