today i wanted to reactivate my plan.i selected $25 plan and when i selected payment it shows amount due $9 and rewards $1 which i [paid by credit card.now it shows my balance $10
and my plan is still suspended and i dont know how to contact customer service no.

LIve Chat cannot help an existing customer with account issues (it's only for activating a new account). Also, the method that you gave isn't the way Public Mobile has asked customers to contact them. It is an option but they've asked members to first try https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot
(which isn't a real-time chat with the moderators)

i think first you can do a live chat when You go to the site plan and Press to any plan until you will see it to you At the bottom ( Thinking of joining Public Mobile, live chat ) try to chat with them maybe they will help you ASAP 🙂

On reactivation, PM always want full plan cost without deducting reward credit. If you don't have $25 available fund in your account, you cannot click the "Reactivate current plan" link to get your account working again.
Now, you have $10 available fund in your account, you need to add another $15 to your account before you can reactivate your plan.
If you want to create a support ticket, be prepare to wait a bit longer for moderator to work on your request as there are only 2 moderators online at 12:55PM MT.

I would try to make another payment of $15. This is just a hunch. I'm not sure that your payment went through and it sounds as if you may have already had $10 in the account balance.
