I just renewed my plan with some changes. For some reason even though I am certain I clicked unlimited talk it is now saying talk is not included in my plan so somehow it got missed or deleted. I tried adding long distance as there seemed to be no way to add talk on. Is it possible to add on without wiping out the plan I just paid for. I cant go 90 days without a phone. I remember one other time there was a mistake and it ended up charging me twice when i tried to correct it thanks

thanks I contacted moderator as It didnt show anything and I tried to add on but it flushed my other purchases so at this point i spent $150 for 30 days unlimited talk and text no data
but my phone works..

@grant1768 what does your plan details show when you sign into your self serve account and click on the Plans & Addons tab? Does it show any talk included? If not, you'll need to contact the moderator team as @ShawnC13 noted. You will need to contact the mods to look into this for you and change your plan. You wouldn't have been able to add a long distance addon as you need talk in your base plan for that to work.
