My account still shows the plan I am paying for but today I cannot access my voice mail or even call a local number. The message keeps saying my plan does not include long distance which it does for 100 min per month. But why can I not call even a local number or retrieve my VM????

If your overage page is still showing you have not used all your 100 minutes, your account may not be provisioned correctly. Add $1 to your account to trigger PM server to reprovision your account again.

@danok did you use all your 100 outgoing minutes? Log in and look on the add ons to see if it shows xx/100. If it's not they're it's all used up. You can purchase a 5$ 500 minute add on to keep talking. The add on will keep rolling over every month until used up
