I changed my plan before my new bill was taken off my card. but when I paid the bill it only paid for the old plan and didn't change it. been trying to get help for more than 24hrs with no help can @Moderator_Team please message me

Here's the proper way to Ask a moderator (Can take up to 48 hrs, 1 message at a time). Provide your account details e.g. Email, name, number, PIN OR recent call history, etc.
