I'm not having any luck moving over my PC Mobile number to PM. I've gone to the change my number screen and entered in the # I want the plan/sim to associate with. The PM account has a different email than my PC Mobile/Koodo account now, but still no luck.
The error message is the standard we cant transfer the number, check spelling, pick a new one, or ask the community. Figure number ports can't be that difficult but I can't figure out why it won't let me pass that check
PC Mobile/Koodo account is still active, phones are unlocked.

@mverl456Email difference between your PC / PM accounts shouldn't matter. If you still have trouble you might just contact the Moderators with this link. In the subject line. tell them you want to port <Original 10 digit code> to Account #<your account #>
Tell them all the pertinent information.
You should hear from them under 48 horus.. they reply via the icon on the top right like this:
Click on the Icon and you should see a message from the Moderator_Team
